Winter Fancy Food Show
January 16 - 18, 2011
Moscone Center, San Francisco, CA

This is the biggest and best food show in the country, and Savor California was there with a spectacular, 1,000-square-foot island booth. Twenty-five companies showcased their products in the Savor California booth.

Devora Rossman and Eliana Pera offered tastes of the two mustards from Mendocino Mustard: Hot & Sweet and Seeds & Suds.  


San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition Award Tasting

The San Francisco Wine Competition is the largest and most prestigious competition for American wines in the world. Along with many gourmet foods and beverages from Savor California, hundreds of medal-winning wines were served at this event.

Ardie Hood of Butterfly Brittle found enthusiastic buyers for her products.  

Sunset Celebration
Saturday and Sunday, June 4 and 5, 2011
Sunset Magazine Headquarters
Menlo Park, CA

Everyone enjoyed "the best in the West" at this show on the beautiful grounds of the Sunset Magazine Headquarters. Savor California had another big booth, with companies offering their gourmet food products for sampling and for sale.

The girls from La Bonita California came all the way up to the Bay Area from the Inland Empire in Southern California to give Sunset attendees a taste of their wonderful jams.  

Summer Fancy Food Show
July 10 - 12, 2011
Convention Center, District of Columbia

The biggest and best food trade show was held in the nation's capitol this year. Companies in the Savor California booth: Back to the Roots, Culinary Twist, Elaine's Toffee, Jimtown Store, and Judy's Breadsticks

San Francisco Professional Food Society Annual Barbecue

St. Supery Winery, Rutherford, CA

The historic home on the spectacular St. Supery property in the Napa Valley was the backdrop for an equally spectacular barbecue picnic for members of the San Francisco Professional Food Society. Appetizers, desserts and many of the picnic ingredients were supplied by Savor California companies.

 

FoodBuzz Food Blogger Festival

The hundreds of food bloggers who are part of the FoodBuzz online community converged on San Francisco for a weekend of awards, tasting and conviviality. Savor California companies offered scrumptious samples at the Taste Pavilion on Saturday afternoon.
