Cauliflower, red bell peppers, onion, a sweet pickle brine and a hint of curry create a flavorful pickle that pairs just as well with cured meats and cheeses as it does baked with tilapia, red potatoes and carrots.

Pickled Red Beets: Fashionably Dill
The secret blend of dill and sweet and salty brine brings out the natural flavors of the beets. Perfectly paired with goat cheese on a crostini, tossed in a salad with apples and walnuts, or in a Martha Stewart-inspired Bleeding Heart Martini.
Aged six months or more, this pale ivory goat-milk cheese is firm, dense and smooth with the slight graininess of a long-aged cheese. The flavor is nutty and brown-buttery, with prominent caramel notes. The 10-lb. wheel is finished in a beautiful black wax.

Cocoa Parlor / Tonic Scene
Premium organic chocolate bars from fairly traded cocoa beans, sustainably grown, and responsibly harvested. Four are shown above. Totally soy/lecithin-free and gluten-free, and Non-GMO. Many of their 16 bars are vegan. Sister company, Tonic Scene, makes organic raw chocolate bars.

Grain-free granola made from sprouted nuts and seeds and made in small batches. Three of them are shown above. No fillers, additives or grains of any kind are used. The nuts and seeds are sprouted and then dehydrated at a low temperature to preserve the nutrition and flavors, while also making them more easily digestible.
Maisie Jane's California Sunshine Products
Dry-roasted gourmet nuts and snacks. Products range from raw organic almonds to savory flavored almonds and sweet chocolate almonds. New: Almond, Cashew and Hazelnut Butters. Non-GMO.
