Want to customize a giant cookie? Bovine Bakery in Petaluma can do that! Company logos, birthday messages and more. They can be a simple design such as the one above, or with birthday sprinkles and frosting trim. Chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal coconut raisin, or ginger.

It's tough to make up your mind about which Hottie Biscotti to pack with your lunch, so you can always take two kinds, for instance, Getaway Girl (Pineapple Coconut) and Hidden Allure (Orange Chocolate), above.

Buttermilk's Pancake and Baking Mixes make delicious cookies, too, such as these Ube Toffee Cookies, above, ready to pop into the oven. Originally from the Philippines, Ube is a delicious, gorgeously purple yam, which is perfectly balanced in the mix with natural coconut.

P*DE*Q makes a tapioca-based cheese bread, which is crispy on the outside, warm and spongy on the inside. The chocolate P*DE*Q, above, is delicious on its own or cut in half and topped with cream cheese, peanut butter, or whipped cream.

Carrying on the family tradition begun by Bonnie Tempesta, her daughter describes Boncora Biscotti, above, as "‘very simple. We use white and spelt flours, almonds, sugar, and vanilla. And then we dip some in chocolate.“ There's magic in there somewhere, too.

Luscious, juicy dried prunes from Taylor Brothers Farms are what give these Prune & Walnut Oatmeal Cookies, above, their lovely moist texture. Plus, they are filled with good-for-you ingredients.

Take these portable pies from Mamie's Pies, above, out of the freezer and bake them the night before. Then enjoy a pie with your lunch. The three classic flavors are: Apple, Strawberry Rhubarb, and Pumpkin.

So simple and so good: Lavender Sugar Cookies, above. When a recipe has only a few ingredients, it's important that they be the highest quality, such as the lavender from GC Napa Valley Culinary.

The only difficulty with making Oat Cuisine's recipe for Granola Cookies, above, is that you can't eat all the granola before you make them. To keep your energy up while the cookies are baking, it's best to have an extra bag of Oat Cuisine Granola to snack on.
