Spinach and Kale Greek Yogurt Dip

2 cupsWallaby Organic Greek yogurt
3 tablespoonsMayonnaise
2 tablespoonsHoney
1 cupFinely chopped kale
1 cup Finely chopped spinach
3Thin green onions, finely chopped
⅓ cupFinely chopped red pepper
¼ cupFinely chopped carrot
2 clovesGarlic, finely minced or pressed
½ teaspoonSalt
¼ teaspoonPepper
¼ teaspoonSmoked paprika
Optional:
Chopped water chestnuts
Chopped marinated artichoke hearts

 

The key is to chop everything as finely as possible!

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well to combine.

Serve with chips, crackers or vegetables.

This dip is extra flavorful after being refrigerated for a few hours.

Servings: 4-6 for appetizers
