|1||Outer Aisle Gourmet Pizza Crust|
|1 ounce||Smoked Gouda cheese|
|1 ounce||Mozzarella cheese|
Cook the bacon to desired doneness. Drain on paper towels.
Shred both cheeses.
Place cheese and bacon on half of pizza crust in sauté pan. Sauté first side in coconut oil until the cheese begins to melt.
Fold the empty half over the cheese and flip over to brown the other side until golden brown.
