|Fresh spinach leaves, cut into strips|
|Cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half|
|Feta cheese, crumbled|

Toast the naan bread (or pita bread) in toaster oven or under broiler in oven.
Spread a layer of hummus on naan bread. Top with spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, and crumbled feta.
Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
