Coconut Chai Martini

1 ½ ounceDark rum
2 ouncesCoconut milk (full fat)
¾ ouncesHoney syrup *
8 shakes10th Avenue 10th Avenue Tea Chai Instant Powder

 

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake 30 seconds.

Strain into martini glass and serve.

* To make Honey Syrup: Mix cup hot water and cup honey in small bowl until honey is dissolved. Allow to cool. Syrup can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 months.
