|1 ½ ounce||Dark rum|
|2 ounces||Coconut milk (full fat)|
|¾ ounces||Honey syrup *|
|8 shakes||10th Avenue 10th Avenue Tea Chai Instant Powder|
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake 30 seconds.
Strain into martini glass and serve.
* To make Honey Syrup: Mix ¼ cup hot water and ¼ cup honey in small bowl until honey is dissolved. Allow to cool. Syrup can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 months.
