Salmon with GC Culinary Fish Rub

Salmon filets
GC Extra Virgin Olive Oil
GC Fish Rub
GC Chardonnay Sea Salt
GC Lavender Tellicherry Pepper


Brush fish with GC Buttery Extra Virgin Olive Oil, rub with a thin layer of Fish Rub.

Sauté or grill.

Note: If poaching or streaming, use 1-2 teaspoons of Fish Rub in the poaching liquid.

Before serving, drizzle with more Virgin Olive Oil, add a pinch of Fish Rub, GC Chardonnay Sea Salt and Culinary Lavender Tellicherry Pepper.
