Asian Zucchini Spiral Salad

For the dressing:
¼ cupTamari sauce
1 tablespoonRice wine vinegar
1 tablespoonSesame oil
1 tablespoonLime juiice
1 tablespoonAgave nectar
1 tablespoonChopped green onion
1 teaspoonSesame seeds
1 teaspoonGrated ginger
⅛ teaspoonRed pepper flakes
For the salad:
1 bagJoyloop Zucchini Spirals
¼ cup Cooked edamame
½ Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 largeCarrot, julienned
½ cup Thinly sliced red cabbage


In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine zucchini spirals, edamame, peppers, carrots, and cabbage. Toss to combine.

When ready to eat, drizzle dressing over salad and serve immediately.

Serves: 2.
