|1 15-ounce can||Pumpkin puree|
|1 tablespoon||Pumpkin pie spice|
|2 tablespoons||Maple syrup|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice|
|½ cup||Pumpkin granola|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix pumpkin, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, lemon juice and salt. Mixture will take on a slightly whipped texture.
Spoon into baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Layer the pumpkin topping into a glass, alternating with a layer of spiced pumpkin yogurt. The layers don't have to be perfect!
Give the final layer a sprinkle of granola and enjoy!
