|Roasted fresh spring garlic|
|Fresh cracked black pepper|
Put the red peppers and garlic in a food processor with the mayonnaise.
(If you don't have fresh spring garlic, just use fresh garlic or garlic powder.)
Pulse it until the mixture is broken down but still a bit chunky.
Slice the baguette and smear the red pepper/garlic mayo mixture on the bread.
Add the sliced chicken, and sprinkle on some fresh cracked black pepper.
