Galette with Egg, Cheese, Ham & Mushrooms

Salted butter
Maudet's Artisan French Galettes
Thinly sliced ham
Egg
Sautéed mushrooms
Grated cheese

 

Melt butter in a sauté pan and cook the galette.

Layer sliced ham in the center of the galette, break an egg in the middle, and top with cooked mushrooms and grated cheese.

Return to the sauté pan, cover, and cook just until the egg is starting to firm up.

Serve hot.
