Spinach Ricotta Galette

Salted butter
Maudet's Artisan French Gallettes
Fresh spinach
Fresh ricotta cheese
Raisins
Toasted walnuts

 

Melt butter in a sauté pan and cook the galette.

Cook the spinach lightly. Drain.

Mound spinach in the middle of the galette.

Top with the fresh ricotta, raisins, and walnuts.

Fold the galette over the filing.
