|1 large||Ripe avocado, skin and pit removed|
|¼ cup||Extra virgin olive oil, or avocado oil|
|¼ cup||Flat leaf parsley|
|½ (or to taste)||Lime, squeezed|
|1 teaspoon||21 Missions Agave Nectar|
|Salt and pepper|
Cut the avocado into chunks. Put into a blender.
Add the other ingredients, except the water.
Puree until smooth, adding water as necessary for the desired consistency.
Use a a salad dressing or as a sauce for chicken.
