Molonay Ceviche

1 poundFish pieces (halibut, maki, swordfish...)
1 poundBay shrimp
1 poundCalamari, cut into rings
5Sea scallops, quartered
¾ cupLime juice
½ Red onion, diced
¼ cupChopped cilantro
½ cupMolonay Spicy Ketchup
2 tablespoonsOlive oil
1 cupSeeded and diced English cucumber
1 Avocado, diced
2Jalapeņo peppers, diced
1 teaspoonSalt

 

Combine all ingredients except avocados, and mix gently.

Add avocados last.

Serve with lime wedges and tortilla chips.
