Chocolate Avocado Mousse
A recipe that's lighter and healthier than one made with cream.
|1||ChocoVivo 75% Bar|
|¼ - ½ cup||Milk of your choice|
|1 teaspoon||Vanilla extract|
|2 - 6 tablespoons||Sweetener of your choice|
|Toppings: nuts, cacao nibs, or fruit|
Carefully melt chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor until completely smooth.
Use less milk or milk substitute for a thicker mousse.
Use sweetener of choice to taste. Note that the chocolate is already sweet.
