Chocolate Avocado Mousse

A recipe that's lighter and healthier than one made with cream.

2Ripe avocados
1ChocoVivo 75% Bar
¼ -  ½ cupMilk of your choice
1 teaspoonVanilla extract
⅛ teaspoonSalt
2 - 6 tablespoonsSweetener of your choice
Toppings: nuts, cacao nibs, or fruit


Carefully melt chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor until completely smooth.

Use less milk or milk substitute for a thicker mousse.

Use sweetener of choice to taste. Note that the chocolate is already sweet.
