|Rockin' Rubs Sweet Inferno|
Rub pork chops with olive oil.
Season lightly with Sweet Inferno. Using it as a seasoning not a rub this time.
Cut the plums and lemons in half through the equator. Remove the pits from the plums and seeds from the lemon halves.
Place the plum and lemon halves on a sheet pan, drizzle olive oil on them and then sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
Grill pork chops for 6-8 minutes over medium high heat. Grill plums and lemons cut side down just until grill marks appear and they start looking juicy.
Let the chops and fruit rest. Squeeze the lemon over all of it and serve.
