Vignette Berry Punch

1 cupWater
1 tablespoonSugar
¼ cupGrand Marnier Cordon Rouge
1 ½ cups fruitBlackberries, blueberries, sliced oranges
1 750ml bottleVignette Wine Country Soda, Chardonnay
2 teaspoons, or to tasteLemon juice
Mint leaves


Put berries and orange slices into a heatproof pitcher.

Bring water, sugar and Grand Marnier just to a simmer in a small saucepan, stirring until sugar is dissolved.

Pour syrup into heatproof pitcher over berries and orange slices. Let stand 5 minutes.

Add Wine Country Soda. Stir well and taste.

Add lemon juice and/or more sugar, to taste.

Chill, covered, until ready to serve.

Serve garnished with mint leaves.
