|1 ounce ||Lime juice|
|¼ ounce||Mint Infused Simple Syrup|
|½ ounce||Classic Simple Syrup|
Cut jalapeņo pepper. Discard seeds. Muddle in a cocktail shaker.
Add other ingredients. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a tall martini glass.
To create "smoke" with dry ice:
It is safe to include dry ice at the bottom of a large punch bowl or individually served cocktails. However, be sure not to touch it directly.
Always use gloves or tongs to pick up the dry ice. A little goes a long way, so you can use an ice pick to break up a larger piece into small ones.
Drop a small piece into each cocktail just before serving and watch the magic!
