Smash and mince the garlic.
In a non-stick pan, add the butter and olive oil and warm on medium heat.
Once the butter has melted, give a quick stir to combine the oil and butter. Add the minced garlic.
Sauté until fragrant, about 30-45 seconds.
Add edamame and lightly dust with RedBeards No.8 Rub, then cover.
Every couple of minutes stir edamame to coat with garlic butter and RedBeards No.8 Rub.
When the edamame is warmed all the way through, pour RedBeards Sauce over the edamame to taste. Give it a final stir to fully coat the edamame.
Finish with a pinch of finishing salt if needed.
Pour everything into a bowl, serve and enjoy! Just beware that they are addicting.
