Judge Casey’s Pizza - with Ham & Arugula

Pizza dough or 10-inch pizza base *
1 ½ tablespoonJudge Casey's Irish Relish
Olive oil
2 tablespoonsThinly slivered red onion
1 teaspoonSliced Fresno or jalapeño chili
Generous layerHam
½ cupParmesan cheese
½ cupArugula
½Zucchini or summer squash
Olive oil
SqueezeLemon
To taste Salt and pepper

 

Tip:
Use a pizza stone.
Why? A pizza stone will give you that crispy crust that you can’t achieve with a regular pizza pan.

Preheat oven to 500F (with pizza stone inside).

On a floured surface roll out a 10" pizza dough or use a pre-packaged pizza base.

Spread Judge Casey's thinly on pizza dough and drizzle lightly with olive oil

Add red onion, Fresno chili (or jalapeños), ham, and Parmesan cheese.

Tip:
Don’t load up on ingredients. Too many toppings and the base may not cook well.

In a bowl, toss arugula and thinly shaved zucchini or summer squash with olive oil, a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper.

Cook pizza on the middle rack till perfectly crispy, about 5 minutes. Cooking times may vary.

* Note:
If you have a lot of people to serve, simply adjust the ingredient amounts.
