Tikka Masala Salad Dressing

½ cupSaucery's Tikka Masala Finishing Sauce
¼ cupWhite wine vinegar
1 tablespoonSaba
1 tablespoonHoney
Mixes greens and endive
Avocado, sliced
Fried chickpeas
Pickled shallots


Whisk together Tikka Masala Finishing Sauce, White Wine Vinegar, Saba, and Honey in a small bowl.

Toss greens and endive with the dressing.

Arrange on individual plates. Top with slices of avocado.

Garnish each serving with chickpeas and shallots
