Little Apple Vinaigrette

¼Little Apple Original Apple Cider Vinegar *
¾ cupOlive oil
2 teaspoonsHoney or agave syrup
2 teaspoonsDijon mustard
1 Shallot
To tasteSalt and pepper

 

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Tip: if you don't have a food processor, finely dice the shallot, put all ingredients in a jar, and shake until emulsified.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days and use to make all sorts of yummy salads.
