Spicy Peach + Mint Salad

2 tablespoonsFinely minced ginger
1 tablespoonJust Pomegranate Syrup
2 largeRipe peaches
1Thinly sliced serrano or jalapeņo chile
2 teaspoonsJust Date Syrup
2 tablespoonsOlive Oil
HandfulFresh mint, chopped


Finely chop ginger and let sit in Just Pomegranate Syrup.

Slice peaches and fresh chiles and arrange on a plate.

Whisk Just Date Syrup and olive oil into the ginger mixture.

Drizzle onto salad.

Toss, and top with freshly chopped mint.
