|1 cup||Whipping cream|
|½ cup||Pistachios, toasted|
|1 Tablespoon||La Tourangelle Pistachio Oil|
Grind the pistachios in a food processor with the salt.
Whip the cream with the sugar.
Fold the pistachios and pistachio oil into the whipped cream.
Scoop into two dessert cups and serve.
Yield: 2 servings.
