Pistachio Mousse

1 cupWhipping cream
½ cupPistachios, toasted
1 TablespoonSugar
PinchSalt
1 TablespoonLa Tourangelle Pistachio Oil

 

Grind the pistachios in a food processor with the salt.

Whip the cream with the sugar.

Fold the pistachios and pistachio oil into the whipped cream.

Scoop into two dessert cups and serve.

Yield: 2 servings.
