Salsa Potatoes

1 poundYukon Gold or small red potatoes
3 TablespoonsButter
3 TablespoonsOlive oil
Salt and pepper
3 TablespoonsMrs. A's Salsa Buena

 

Boil potatoes until just barely tender. Drain and cool.

Cut into half-inch slices.

Saut� in the oil and butter, waiting to turn until each side is golden brown.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Toss with Mrs. A's Salsa Buena.
