|1 pound||Yukon Gold or small red potatoes|
|3 Tablespoons||Olive oil|
|Salt and pepper|
|3 Tablespoons||Mrs. A's Salsa Buena|
Boil potatoes until just barely tender. Drain and cool.
Cut into half-inch slices.
Sauté in the oil and butter, waiting to turn until each side is golden brown.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Toss with Mrs. A's Salsa Buena.
