Sartain's Barbecued Oysters
Californians do love their barbecued oysters.
|6 cloves||Fresh garlic, minced|
|7 ounces||Sartain's Menu, The Sauce|
Fire up the BBQ!
Combine butter and garlic in a small pan and heat until butter just starts to bubble
When the coals are HOT, place oysters on the grill until they crack open. Remove and discard the top flat oyster shell.
Replace the oysters on the grill and top each one with 1 teaspoon of the garlic butter and 1/2 teaspoon of The Sauce. Grill until mixture has caramelized a little.
Serve hot with French bread.
