|Sugar cookie dough|
|1 tub||Whipped cream cheese|
|¼ cup||Granulated sugar, more or less, depending on preferred sweetness|
|1 cup||Almonds, slivered or sliced|
|1 cup||B & R Farms Dried Apricots, roughly chopped|
|1 cup||Sweetened coconut flakes|
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Press the cookie dough gently into a pizza pan, building up a slight edge. If using store-bought dough, bake according to package directions, about 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
Beat the cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. In separate bowl, combine almonds, apricots and coconut.
When “pizza” is cool to touch, spread the cream cheese mixture on cookie dough and top with the fruit/nut mixture, pressing lightly into the cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, slice into small pizza slices and enjoy!
