Almond-Crusted Halibut

10 ouncesHalibut, cut into 2 pieces
1 cupAlmonds, finely chopped
1 teaspoonParsley, chopped
1 teaspoonThyme, chopped
1Orange, zested
1 TablespoonOrange juice
1 teaspoonHoney
½ teaspoonSalt
½ teaspoonBlack pepper, freshly ground
3 teaspoonsLa Tourangelle Roasted Almond Oil

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit



Mix all the ingredients together (besides the halibut) in a bowl and pour out onto a dinner plate. Press the halibut into the crust making sure it is coated.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or flesh bounces back to the touch.



Yield: 2 servings.
