Pollen Asian Ahi Tuna

A simple recipe that tastes spectacular and looks beautiful, too.

Olive oil
Ahi tuna steaks
Pollen Ranch Pollen Asian


Lightly coat grill (or fry pan, etc) with olive oil and heat to medium high.

Sear ahi tuna briefly, sprinkling Pollen Asian on top of fish. Turn fish over & sprinkle with Pollen Asian again.

The Ahi tuna should be light brown on both sides, and raw in the center.
