|1||1-pound loaf French bread|
|¼ cup||Olive oil, divided|
|1 teaspoon||Minced garlic|
|¼ cup||Mendocino Mustard Seed & Suds|
|¼ cup||Grated Parmesan cheese|
|3 cups||Shredded Mozzarella cheese|
|6||Plum tomatoes, thinly sliced|
|.15 teaspoon||Italian seasoning|
Heat oven to broil at 425 degrees F.
Slice bread in half horizontally.
Stir 2 Tablespoons oil and next four ingredients together in a medium bowl. Spread half of mixture over each half of bread.
Arrange half of tomato slices on top of each. Sprinkle each lightly with seasoning. Drizzle each with 1 Tablespoon of remaining oil.
Broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and edges of bread begin to brown. Slice and serve immediately.
