Pork Chops with Apricot-Red-Pepper Topping

3 poundsPork chops, 1" thick
12 ½- ounce jarB & R Farms Dried Apricot Red Pepper Topping

 

Marinate pork chops in B & R Farms Dried Apricot Red Pepper Topping for 1 hour or longer.

Grill over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

Baste with sauce and turn over.

Baste again, and cook for additional 8-10 minutes or until done.

Serve with extra sauce, warmed for dipping.
