Dill Dip with a Kick

½ cupSour cream
3 tablespoonsMayonnaise
2 teaspoonsPollen Ranch All-Natural Dill Pollen
1 tablespoonMinced fresh parsley
1 tablespoonMinced green onion
1 cloveGarlic, minced
½ teaspoonDry mustard
¼ teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1 tablespoonHot sauce (optional)


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper, adding hot sauce, if desired. Refrigerate until well chilled.

Serve with vegetables, chips, cold poached salmon or shrimp.
