Kale Salad

This recipe is Janet Hubbard's twist on Dr Fuhrman's Kale Salad.

1Red bell pepper, cut in chunks
1Carrot, shredded
1Fresh pineapple, cut into chunkc
3-4 leavesTuscan kale, chopped
2 tablespoonsOliver's Gorgonzola white balsamic dressing
1-2 tablespoonsRaspberry chipotle sauce
1 teaspoonSartain's Menu The Sauce
½Lemon, juiced

 

Combine the first four ingredients to make the salad. Combine the next four ingredients to make the dressing.

Pour over the salad and toss.
