Sartain's Bloody Mary

6 ouncesTomato juice
2 ouncesVodka
1 tablespoonSartain's Menu The Sauce
PinchCelery salt
2 or 3 twistsFreshly ground black pepper


Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice.

Shake well, and serve on the rocks.

Optionally, garnish with two feta-stuffed green olives and a celery stick, for stirring.


You don't need particularly good vodka; the vodka makes Bloody Mary's fun, but doesn't contribute much to flavor.

The amount of vodka can be adjusted up or down, of course, to personal taste.
