|¾ cup ||Buttermilk|
|½ cup||Plain yogurt|
|2 tablespoons||Fresh lime juice|
|Dash||Sartain's Menu The Sauce|
|½ cup (or to taste)||Canned low-salt chicken broth|
|Red onion, finely chopped|
Scrape avocados from skin into processor. Add buttermilk and yogurt; purée until smooth.
Mix in lime juice and hot sauce. With machine running, blend in 1/2 cup broth, more or less according to desired consistency.
Season with salt and pepper.
Chill soup until cold.
Spoon into bowls. Garnish with onion.
Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and keep chilled.
