|1 medium||Cucumber wedges|
|1 pound||Cooked small bay shrimp|
|3 tablespoons||Mrs. A's Salsa Buena|
|To taste||Fresh cilantro, chopped|
|1 large||Fresh lime, juiced|
|To taste||Salt and pepper|
Cut the avocado and the cucumber into a small dice.
Combine with the bay shrimp, cilantro and lime juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Top each serving with Mrs. A's Salsa Buena.
