Spicy Apricot & Ale Cocktail

2 long, thin slicesSerrano chilis (stems and seeds removed)
½Tangerine sparkling soda, chilled
3 - 4 tablespoonsB & R Farms Apricot Topping, chilled
12 - 14 ouncesPale ale, chilled
Lemon wedges
4B & R Farms Dried Apricots


Place 1 chili slice in each of two tall glasses. Pour equal amounts of soda and apricot topping in each glass.

Fill to top of rim with equal amounts of the ale (pour slowly).

Add a little squeeze of lemon to both, garnish with apricots and drink immediately.
