Fava Bean Dip

4 teaspoonsLemon juice
2 cupsShelled fava beans
3 tablespoonsSalute Santé! Basil Grapeseed Oil
3 tablespoonsSalute Santé! Grapeseed Oil
2 clovesGarlic
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
4 tablespoonsWater

 

Shell outer husk off fava beans.

Steam beans until inner shell comes loose, about 10 minutes. Remove shells.

Add all ingredients into blender. Blend until creamy. If too thick, add more water to desired consistency.

Serves 6 as appetizer dip.
