|4||Garlic cloves, finely chopped|
|¼ cup||Chopped fresh oregano|
|¼ cup||Chopped fresh rosemary|
|⅓ cup||Arawak Farm Pepper Sauce (your choice of flavor)|
|¼ cup||Olive oil|
|Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper|
|2 pounds||Chicken wings|
Combine garlic, rosemary, oregano, Arawak Farm Pepper Sauce, salt, pepper and olive oil in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken wings, seal bag and turn to coat the wings.
Chill at least one (1) hour but preferably overnight.
Prepare grill for medium heat. Remove wings from marinade and place on grill. Cover grill and turn occasionally until golden brown and crisp, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Always remember that if the chicken sticks, itís not ready to turn! The skin will release as it cooks. Have your favorite beer and be patient!
