|1 pound slice||Thick-cut peppered bacon|
|¼ - ½ cup||The Frosting Queens Crowned Caramel Buttercream Frosting|
|¼ teaspoon||Ground cayenne pepper, optional|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire baking rack on top. Arrange bacon strips on rack without touching.
Using a butter knife, thinly frost the bacon. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper, if desired.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bacon is crisp.
While hot, transfer bacon to a plate lined with paper towels.
Transfer to serving platter. Serve warm or room temperature.
