Dried Plums with Bacon & Goat Cheese

12 Taylor Brothers Dried Pitted Plums
5 ⅓ ouncesGoat cheese
3 slicesBacon

 

Divide the goat cheese into 12 equal portions.

Cut the bacon into twelve 2-inch pieces.

Make a lengthwise slit in each dried plum and spoon a portion of cheese into slit; wrap with a piece of bacon. Secure bacon with wooden pick.

Arrange on rack in broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and barely crisp, turning once. Serve hot or warm.

Serves 6 as an appetizer.
