Breakfast Egg Wraps

1 stripBacon
Or
1 linkSausage
1 Egg, beaten
To tasteSalt and pepper
18" Flour tortilla
3 tablespoonsShredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoonsB & R Farms Dried Apricot Chili Preserves

 

Cut bacon into 1 pieces (or chop sausage); cook in a small nonstick skillet until done.

Stir in egg and cook additional 2 minutes (until done), adding salt & pepper to taste.

While egg is cooking, place warmed tortilla on a plate, spread with apricot chili preserves, and sprinkle with cheese.

Slide the egg/meat mixture onto the tortilla.

Microwave for 10 seconds to melt cheese.

Roll up, wrap in a napkin, and go!
