|Arawak Farm Pepper Sauce (your choice of flavor, depending on side dishes)|
Clean the fish and remove the scales. Cut slits on both sides.
No need for salt or pepper.
Rub the Arawak Farm Pepper Sauce on the fish: inside, outside and in the slits.
Wrap the fish in foil and place on hot grill.(Charcoal is best but gas will work.)
Depending on the size of the fish, grill for 15-20 minutes, turning over midway.
Enjoy with a nice Sauvignon Blanc!
