Dried Apricot Red Pepper Shrimp

½ cupB & R Farms Dried Apricot Red Pepper Topping
1 pound, mediumPrawns, cooked and peeled
Lettuce leaves
1 - 2Avocado, optional

 

Gently mix topping and shrimp.

Serve in lettuce “cup” garnished with optional sliced avocado.
