Pistachio Smoothie

You can play around with the fruits you use depending on what you have on hand.

1 cup Fruit, such as papaya, watermelon, strawberries, apple
¼ Avocado
½ Cucumber, peeled
3-4 leavesKale (dinosaur kale is sweetest), stems removed
1 tablespoonChia seeds or peanut or almond butter
2-4 tablespoonsCitrus juice (lime, lemon, orange or grapefruit)
1-2 tablespoonsLa Tourangelle Roasted Pistachio Oil

 

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Add water if needed.

Serves 1-2.
