Banana Nut Bread with Divine Desserts

3 cupsFlour
2 cupsSugar
1 teaspoonBaking soda
1 teaspoonSalt
2 teaspoonsPollen Ranch Divine Desserts Gourmet Spice
3Eggs, beaten
2 teaspoonsVanilla extract
1 ½ cupsOil
1 ½ cupsMashed ripe bananas
1 8-ounce canCrushed pineapple, drained
1 cupChopped walnuts


Heat oven to 350 F.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Divide batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake for 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.

Note: This freezes well.
