|6 small||Sweet potatoes|
|6 teaspoons||Olive oil|
|6 teaspoons||Sea salt|
|6 teaspoons||Black pepper|
|½ cup||Sour cream|
|½ cup||Cowboy BBQ Cranberry-Orange Jalapeņo Chutney|
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, then rub each one with 1 teaspoon oil and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon each of sea salt and black pepper.
Bake whole for about 1 hour, or until soft all the way through.
Scoop out the sweet potato from the skins and mash.
Top each serving with 1 tablespoon sour cream and 1 tablespoon Cowboy BBQ Chutney.
