|2 heaping teaspoons ||Earl's Gone Wild Jalapeño Jam|
|1 teaspoon||Fire-roasted jalapeños|
|Water and ice|
|2 ounces||Woodford Reserve Bourbon|
Muddle the jam, lemon juice and fire-roasted jalapeños.
Add a little bit of water, which helps to mix and brighten the flavors.
Add ice cubes.
Add Woodford Reserve Bourbon.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.
