Wine Country Flap Jacks

Served at ABC Bakery in Napa, California.

1 cupFlour (wheat or gluten-free)
1 tablespoonSalute Santé! Chardonnay Grapeseed Flour
¼ teaspoonSalt
1 teaspoonBaking powder
½ teaspoonBaking soda
2 Eggs
1 ¼ cupsMilk
1 tablespoonSalute Santé! Grapeseed Oil
Grapeseed oil, for skillet
Maple syrup
Fresh fruit
Whipped cream


Blend all dry ingredients together.

Slowly add the wet ingredients and mix well.

Heat the skillet and oil lightly with grape seed oil.

Spoon batter into the hot skillet, and cook over low heat slowly till well browned.

Serve with maple syrup, fresh fruit, and freshly whipped cream.
